Frankenstein, the smash hit National Theatre production directed by Danny Boyle returns to NT Live for a strictly limited season starting in June. Frankenstein starred Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller as The Creature/Victor Frankenstein - roles that they alternated on a nightly basis. Benedict and Jonny jointly won the Olivier Award for best actor earlier this year for their stunning performances.
The NT Live encore screenings of Frankenstein start very soon and thanks to the generosity of the lovely people at NT Live we have 4 tickets to the screenings to give away.
To win a ticket tell us what the opportunity to attend an NT Live screening of Frankenstein means to you. We want to know your Frankenstein stories. Are you planning a roadtrip to see the screenings? Did misfortune deprive you of the chance to see the production live? Is it your first chance to see theatre live on screen? Tell us your Frankenstein tales and the best 4 will win a ticket to the Frankenstein screening of their choice.

I wish we said “fancy” in America. As in, “I fancy you.” It’s such a more agreeable term than “I have a crush on you.” What’s a crush? Like, I AM A BOA CONSTRICTOR AND I AM GOING TO IMMOBILIZE YOU WITH MY MISPLACED AND OBSESSIVE AFFECTION. “I fancy you” is like, you’re so shiny and glittery and I just want to put you on a shelf and look at you for a while ‘cause you’re fancy.

While women all over the world are waiting for people to stop seeing them as sex objects, women with disabilities are still waiting to be seen at all. We could never be “sluts.” If we are “lucky enough” to have partners, they get congratulations and pats on the back from strangers when they “take us out” in public.
